The cost of prescription medications can range widely depending on what kind of health insurance you have and what types of support options may be available to you.

The list price of XARELTO® is $448 per month, but most* patients pay between $0 and $47 per month.

I'm insured through my job or through a private individual policy (commercial insurance)

Most patients with insurance from their employer or from another private insurance policy pay between $0 and $40 per month.

Janssen CarePath Savings Program for XARELTO®

Eligible commercial patients pay $10 per month for XARELTO®, subject to monthly program benefit limits. There is no limit to this benefit for the first two months, inclusive of the starter kit, and then a $200 limit for each month thereafter. For the first 90-day fill, eligible patients pay $30 with no monthly limit. There is a $3,400 maximum program benefit per calendar year. Not valid for patients using Medicare, Medicaid, or other government-funded programs to pay for their medications. Terms expire at the end of each calendar year and may change. I'm insured through Medicare

Most patients with Medicare pay between $0 and $59 per month for XARELTO®.

In addition, you may be eligible for the Extra Help program provided by the Social Security Administration.

I'm insured through Medicaid

Most patients with Medicaid pay between $0 and $3 per month for XARELTO®.
